Glass Beads

A very popular media used primarily for dimensionally sensitive applications where tolerance and finish are your main concern. It is used widely by automotive rebuilders, die and mold makers, the plating and aircraft-aerospace industries.

Aluminum Oxide

Aluminum Oxide

A highly aggressive abrasive ideal for applications where tough contamination is encountered and stock removal of .001 to .002 inches is acceptable. The resulting finish is ideal for painting, plating, coating or wherever a matte finish is desired.

Walnut

Walnut Shells

This soft aggregate is used in blasting processes for removal of foreign matter or coatings from surfaces without etching, scratching, or marring the cleaning area.

Corn Cob

Cob Grit

Known as soft grit blasting, this natural cellulose grit is derived from corn cobs; used for removing light foreign matter such as carbon, oil and dirt without affecting surface.

Coal slag

This abrasive media is generally used in rust removal, massive scale removal, paint, and coatings removal on heavy-gauge steel. Coal slag is usually used once and is not recommended for use in a cabinet blaster.
